Canary Beach Resort is a family friendly resort near Alexandria, MN.
We have ten lake front cabins and 69 campsites. There are 1- 5 bedroom units with full kitchens, air conditioning, tvs and more! We have to say that our greatest asset is our beach. Over 800 feet of sandy shoreline just perfect for relaxing or making sand castles. Our activities include: hayrides, shuffleboard, horseshoes, dock fishing, sand volleyball, playground, 10 by 10 by 18 foot FreeFall waterslide with a 16ft Rebound Platform attached, game room/store, children’s cabin, and power paddlers. There is also a 20 mile paved bike trail that starts in Villard, the Centennial Trail.
Our newest unit is our Wren’s Den, a 5 bedroom, 4 bath unit with vaulted wood ceilings, in floor heat, fireplace, washer/dryer, several tvs, screened in porch, and more. This unit is open year round, but from September-May it would be perfect for scrap booking, crafting, ‘girls get-a-way,’ retreats, holiday house, ect.
